These standards separate directory facts, platform explanations, commercial relationships, and unapproved claims so visitors can understand what they are reading.
Where listing information comes from
Practice profiles are assembled from bounded directory fields with recorded source references. Those facts may be supplied by a practice or documented from a reviewed public source. The administrative workflow requires source evidence for the identity, location, service, and publication checks it enforces, plus provider-license evidence whenever a provider record is shown.
The current public profile does not label every individual field as practice-supplied or public-source information. Platform process pages, navigation, summaries, and disclosures are written by ChiropractorIowa.com; they are not statements made by a listed clinic.
Claims and publication controls
Missing practice facts are omitted rather than inferred. The platform does not publish invented credentials, services, hours, availability, outcomes, or “best” rankings. Broad services require an approved service record and a verified relationship to the practice before they can appear publicly.
Separate status controls govern factual verification, publication, indexability, appointment-request eligibility, and sponsorship. Draft, incomplete, unverified, expired, archived, or otherwise ineligible directory records are kept out of public results.
Corrections and stale information
Visitors and practices can report a concern through the contact page. The administrator workflow can update, expire, unpublish, or archive affected records while evidence is reviewed. A correction request does not automatically publish a change.
The repository defines event-based re-review triggers, but it does not contain an approved public update interval. ChiropractorIowa.com therefore does not promise a fixed review cadence. When a real practice verification date is stored, the profile may show that date so visitors can judge its freshness.
Sponsorship in plain language
Sponsored placement means a commercial relationship may affect how a practice is presented. Sponsored practices are labeled where they appear. Sponsorship is not a clinical ranking, recommendation, government endorsement, or evidence of better outcomes.
Sponsorship does not replace the same verification and publication gates required for other public practices.
Reviews and testimonials
ChiropractorIowa.com does not currently publish consumer rating or review widgets. The current public data model does not provide the source, permission, count, freshness, and methodology needed to present reviews responsibly. A review section will remain omitted unless that governance and legitimate display rights are established.

Use the contact page for a listing correction, source concern, sponsorship question, or platform-copy concern. Identify the public page and the fact at issue, but do not include medical details or patient information.
